Hailing from Merced, California, Cody has played professionally for 7 years on saxophone, guitar and bass in a variety of settings ranging from concert halls to musicals to country bars. Cody earned his bachelors in Music Education and Classical Saxophone Performance at CSU Long Beach in May of 2025, where he is now pursuing his public teaching credential in music. Cody is dedicated to teaching lessons in accordance to the student's goals/pace with structure and clear directions to guide practice, and always with a side of humor!
